Review of Influence for Stability of Heavy Oil⁃in⁃Water Emulsions

The stability of heavy crude oil emulsion is very important in the heavy crude oil transportation. However, in the pipeline transportation process, the oil⁃water volume ratio, water content (water quality fraction) and other factors have a certain influence on the stability of the heavy crude oil emulsion. The microstructure, stability mechanism of emulsion and the role of focused beam reflection measurement (FBRM) technology in the study of stability of emulsion were introduced. The comprehensive effects of different factors such as oil⁃water ratio, water content and additives on emulsion stability were comprehensively analyzed. Finally, the research status of dynamic stability of emulsions was introduced. The main factors affecting the stability of heavy crude oil emulsions are oil⁃water volume ratio, water content, emulsification temperature and salinity, surfactants, alkaline agents. High molecular polymer used to enhance recovery of heavy crude oil also have effect on the stability of emulsion. The dynamic stability of the emulsion was studied by different simulation methods, and the results were similar. Among them, the loop simulation method had the most reference value

The Influence and Analysis of HLB on Emulsification and Viscosity of Crude Oil

Using the OP⁃10 and L61 emulsifiers to configure different hydrophilic equilibrium values (referred to as the HLB),the viscosity test of heavy oil in the second area of the oil production plant of liaohe oilfield was carried out to find out the optimal HLB of the heavy oil.At the same time, FBRM was used to measure the viscosity of heavy oil, and the effect of droplet quantity and particle size on viscous oil viscosity was analyzed.For further study on the viscosity change mechanism of heavy oil emulsion, it can be used to provide reference for the process of heavy oil reduction.Test results show that:the HLB of the emulsifying agent added to the heavy oil emulsion was 9.0,the effect of viscosity is best.At this time, the number of droplet drops to stable, compared with other HLB emulsifiers, the quantity of emulsifier is obviously low, the droplet is evenly distributed and the emulsion is stable.

Metal⁃Loaded ZSM⁃5 Molecular Sieve Catalyzed Ozonation of Phenol Wastewater

ZSM⁃5 molecular sieve was used as carrier, cerium (Ce), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni) and copper (Cu) were used as active components to prepare metal⁃supported catalyst to catalyze ozonation treatment of phenol wastewater. The catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and characterized. The effects of active components, ozone dosage, catalyst concentration and pH on the treatment of phenol wastewater were investigated. The results showed that Ce⁃ZSM⁃5 had the best catalytic effect and COD removal rate under the conditions of pH=7, catalyst concentration of 1.00 g/L, ozone dosage of 44.0 mg/min and reaction time of 60 min. It is 85.74%. When Ce⁃ZSM⁃5 is added, about 80% of the ozone can be saved. It shows good stability which the COD removal ratio reached about 70% after the catalyst repeatedly used for 7 times.

Numerical Analysis of Leakage and Diffusion of Buried Natural Gas Pipeline Based on CFD

Because of geological disasters, corrosion defects, third party damage and other factors, there are many hidden dangers in the safe transportation of oil and gas pipelines. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the law of leakage and diffusion of buried natural gas pipelines for the prediction and location of leakage points and the formulation of emergency plans.Numerical analysis of the leakage and diffusion process of buried natural gas pipeline is carried out, the influence of leakage velocity, wind speed and environmental temperature on CH4 the methane concentration are analyzed and summed up diffusion law.The research results can provide theoretical support for the accurate location and emergency plan of the buried gas pipeline leakage point.

Numerical Simulation of Steam Drive for the  Heavy Oil Reservoirs of M Oilfield

M oilfield belongs to shallow extraheavy oil reservoir. It has come into later stage of steam drive and takes on characteristics as high degree of recovery, increasing decline of production and shrinking benefits. In order to exploit potentialities of northern reservoir and improve the reservoir development, typical well groups were chosen for numerical simulation to optimize injection rates, team quality and to compare development effect of different intermittent steamflood. As a result, an optimal alternative was chosen for the target zone. This research approach provided a reference significance for steamflood of similar oilfield.

Development of Ex tremity Healing Crack Frost With Angelica Oil

        Ethanol and water was used as solvent to infuse angelica powder , then angelica oil w as obtained by refluxing and distilling extractant.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis shows that angelica oil contains the efficient component ligustilide . Angelica oil was used as the natural additive for the extremity healing crack frost to produce the senior cosmetic , which w as oil -in - water .The effect of mass of emulsifying agent 1802 and angelica oil on the capability of extremity healing crack frost was studied.By checking the mass of the product and practical probation , it prov es that w hen mass of emulsifying agent 1802 is 3 .0 g and mass of angelica oil is 1 .5 g in 200 g extremity healing crack frost , the product has the perfect curative effect on preventing the extremity crack.According to the national standard requirement , the product reaches the distinct purpose of capability stabilization, pliancy skin, boosting rift heal up
